Canon USA Acquires Uinta Business Systems
(Acquisition Expands Canon's Presence in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas)

As part of the agreement, Uinta Founder Joe Weis will remain as president and continue to have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the organization. He will report directly to Ryoichi Bamba, executive vice president and general manager, Imaging Systems Group, Canon U.S.A., Inc., who will serve as chairman of Uinta Business Systems, Inc.
